30-day return window
For eligible unused items in original condition, you can contact us within 30 days of delivery to request a return.
Please contact us before sending anything so we can provide the correct return instructions. Change-of-mind return postage may be the customer’s responsibility.
Faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied items are handled separately. Nothing in this policy limits rights available under Australian Consumer Law.
Refunds are processed after the returned item has been assessed and are normally issued to the original payment method.
